Introducing the New HoodEngage Experience

This release introduces a significantly redesigned HoodEngage experience, together with improvements to application management and subscription provisioning across the Ocamba platform.

While almost every part of the interface has received a new look, the core HoodEngage concepts and day-to-day workflows remain familiar. Existing application data, configurations, subscriptions, and active schedulers are not affected.

A Redesigned HoodEngage Experience

HoodEngage now features an entirely new application shell with a cleaner layout, reorganized navigation, and more direct access to frequently used controls.

The previous platform-wide header has been removed, bringing application navigation and platform controls together within a single, consistent interface.

Available Ocamba applications can now be accessed through the app switcher positioned next to the HoodEngage logo in the upper-left corner.

Redesigned Campaigns View

Campaigns, one of the central areas of HoodEngage, now features a completely redesigned interface aligned with the new application shell.

The updated view provides a cleaner and more consistent experience for browsing, creating, reviewing, and managing campaigns, while preserving the familiar campaign workflow and existing functionality.

Redesigned Configurations View

The Configurations area has also been redesigned to follow the new HoodEngage navigation and visual structure.

Users can continue managing their existing web, Android, and iOS configurations through a refreshed interface that provides a clearer overview of configuration information and available actions.

Integrated Application Settings

HoodEngage settings are now available directly from the main application navigation instead of through the previous global header.

Settings are organized into dedicated areas for general configuration, custom properties, exports, integrations, content, members, access management, and activity history.

Familiar Functionality in a New Interface

Although the surrounding interface and navigation have been substantially redesigned, the primary HoodEngage areas and workflows remain recognizable.

Users can continue managing campaigns, configurations, assets, audiences, insights, attribution, and related settings through the new navigation structure. The update changes how these areas are presented and accessed without changing existing customer data or active operations.

Availability and Staged Rollout

The new HoodEngage experience is now provided automatically with all new HoodEngage installations.

Customers currently using HoodEngage will continue to use their existing interface without interruption. Migration to the new experience will be handled gradually through a controlled rollout.

No action is required from existing customers.

Updated Application Provisioning

This release also introduces a new model for managing application subscriptions and determining which Ocamba applications are provisioned for each workspace.

Under the updated model, new HoodEngage installations are provisioned with the new HoodEngage experience and Workflow Studio. Workflow Studio is being introduced progressively, with its capabilities continuing to expand through future releases.

These changes do not affect existing subscriptions, configurations, or active schedulers.
